- Access Control
- With this release, you can define access restrictions based on logins.
- Allowed functions for access control are Admin, Admission, Discharge, Accounting, Laboratory and Reports
- Access control ensures that only relevant staff have access to right information in the software using their logins
- Daily Medicines
- This feature allows users to add daily medicines once the patient is admitted.
- For an admitted patient, click the Summary button
- You will see Medicines Tab in which you will find an option to add daily medicines
- Daily medicines help tracking of day to day medicines given to the patient when the patient is admitted
- Master Report - Daily Income Report
- You will see Master Report option under the Reports menu at top in IPD Desk section
- Master Report gives a summary of total earnings for the day categorized into - OPD Consultation Charges, OPD Procedure / Service Charges, Laboratory Charges, Total OPD Collection with Discount, Total IPD Collection with Discount
- This report, at a glance, will help you understand the day to day income of hospital and the sources of income.
- This report can also be printed on paper by staff and handed over to the Admin at end of the day for quick overview of the day
- Daily Vitals and Investigations for Admitted patient along with Charts
- When the patient is admitted, nursing staff usually monitor the patient's health by checking vitals like Temperature, Blood Pressure, BSL, SPO2, Urine Output at various intervals
- This release allows you to capture daily vitals.
- You can add any number of readings in a day and also define a vital or investigation parameter that you frequently use in your Hospital.
- Quick Charts based on entered data allow the Doctors to watch the trend of readings and take better decisions
- Same Day visit reload for additional Doctor Terminal
- Prior to this release, additional Doctor Terminal did not have ability to reload the visit done on the same day, like the main chamber
- It is now possible with this release
- Medicine Templates seen on additional Doctor Terminal
- Medicine templates set on Main terminal are seen on additional Doctor terminal as well
- New template creation is currently not possible on Additional Doctor Terminal
- Variable Bed Charges
- Bed Charges can now be variable. Earlier they were fixed based on the Bed Setup done.
- Now, set the Bed charges as zero so that your staff can enter them at the time of billing.
- Bug Fixes: Multiple bugs related to program crashes and memory growth of the software are fixed in this release.
- Order of medicines at Reception view fixed
- Order of medicines is same as the order seen by Doctor
- Allow age entry in months
- Age of patient can be entered in month as well
- Show Sr. No for Patients in Queue Mode
- When Queue Mode is used by Doctor, waiting patient Sr. No is displayed as well
- Allow Reception staff to give Discount to Patient
- This feature requires a special setting.
- Not all will be able to use this feature. Please contact support if you want your reception staff to make discount entry for patient
- Save Zero Payment entry at Reception
- This was not possible earlier. Now, reception staff can save zero payment and the entire payment will become outstanding for patient.
- Refund Amount is shown separately in Today's income report at Reception
- Patient's address is printed on OPD Payment Receipt
- Save Discount amount in %
- Preview Medical Certificate Before printing
- Preview of Medical certificate was not shown before it was saved.
- This restriction is now gone.
- Sync Patients without mobile number to Companion mobile app
- Patients who do not have mobile numbers will also be seen on the Companion app.
- Appointments view loads faster
- OPD Referral Report Printing
- OPD Referral Report is more user friendly. Give it a try.
- Add New Tests
- Earlier, New Tests in Laboratory could only be added by MyOPD Staff
- With this version, you can add your own tests and print the reports for those tests.
- This version gives you complete flexibility to add your own Laboratory tests
- Printing of Laboratory Reports
- Multiple test reports are now printed one after the other to save page.
- Before this release, each report was getting printed on one page separately.
