MyOPD Zip is aimed at allowing Doctors to practice entirely without the Desktop / Laptop. It is a completely new product designed from scratch to allow Doctors to practice using a Mobile or a Tablet.

Are there any recurring monthly/annual charges?
No. You can continue to use the software and the updates released to playstore without any annual or monthly charges. However, if you use the SMS service to send reminder SMS, then the charges for SMS are extra based on the usage.
Are there any other charges apart from the first time payment?
If you use SMS, then you have to pay for SMS based on your SMS usage. Other than that, there are no charges from our end. SMS charges are mentioned inside the app based on the SMS plan you choose.
Can I use MyOPD Zip on multiple phones/tablets at the same time?
No. You should use it on only one phone at a time. The data backed up in your Google Drive will be overwritten from multiple phones/tablets and will be of no use.
What happens if I change the device?
You can download the app again and on the new device. Once you login using the same Google Account as earlier, your data will be restored automatically on the new device. Your purchase will be restored on the new device as well. Please note, you cannot buy ZIP on Android and restore on iOS or vice-versa. You will have to buy the app again if the platform is changed.
Can I print prescription?
Yes. Configure your device to print using a printer of your choice.

Where is the data backed up?
All Data, except photos, is backed up on our secure servers. All photos are backed up on your own Google Drive account. Please make sure you have attached your Google Drive account in the App.
How much storage space is available for the photo backup? (Currently Android only feature)
The photo backup is done in your own Google Drive account. Google Drive provides 15GB free storage to everyone. So technically, you have that much space to use. Since these photos are sensitive medical information, they will be backed up such that no other app will be able to retrieve them. You also won't see them using the Google Drive App. They will be available only through the MyOPD Zip app.
What happens if my Google Drive storage is consumed?
You will have to buy more storage from Google at the rate charged by Google. These payments are directly between you and Google.
How do I pay for MyOPD Zip?
Why you click the payment option, Google Play / App Store will guide you. You can pay using Credit Card / Debit Card or Net Banking options shown by respective platforms.
Will MyOPD Zip be updated in future?
Yes. We will add more features moving forward.
The iOS version will eventually be at par with the Android version. The Android version is also continuously updated based on regular feedback from our clients.
Why does the iOS version lack features compared to the Android version?
The iOS version is introduced in March 2019. The Android version was introduced in May 2017. Android version was introduced almost 2 years prior to the iOS version. Having said that, we are committed to getting features in Android version on to the iOS version as well. You will keep getting those features if you have opted for the Premium Pack on iOS.
Will you charge for upgrades?
Your app will get updated using Google Play / App Store. If the feature is a separate In App item, you may have to purchase is separately. However, as of now, there are no recurring annual charges.
